The exact category, consultation mode, duration and fee shown before payment. Document drafting, court representation and ongoing work need a separate agreement.
02When can I join?
Payment verification starts the 10-minute response window. Wait on your request page. When the lawyer starts, Join consultation becomes available. Acceptance alone is not a connected call.
03What if nobody starts?
Your payment record stays available if the request expires or is declined. Find another available provider or ask support to review the payment. Refunds are not automatic.
04What should I share first?
Write a short issue summary. After your consultation request is authorised, share documents that your lawyer needs. Never send OTPs, passwords or unnecessary identity details.
