Users and professionals must provide accurate information and must not misuse another person's identity, documents or account.
Do not use Vokeel for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, unauthorised access or sharing confidential information without authority.
Review the provider, category, consultation mode, duration, time and fee before paying. Payment verification and provider acceptance are separate steps. Check the status in your account rather than treating a checkout return page as confirmation.
A consultation does not automatically include drafting, filing, representation or ongoing services. Agree on the scope and fee for additional work with the lawyer or firm before proceeding.
Use the cancellation and refund policy for paid booking changes. Contact support about platform, booking or payment problems and include the relevant reference. Support staff do not replace your lawyer's legal advice.
